The State does not know the whereabouts of Valbona Mark's children, who were killed by husband Peter Nd Neckew

Valbona Mark Ndekaj and her nine-year-old daughter, Klara Ndrecsky, were killed on the night of August 7th of 2018 by husband and father Peter Ndrecaj, the latter is already serving a life sentence in the Supreme Security Prison.

But Peter, and now the late Valbona Ndekaj, have four other children, for whom none of the responsible state institutions in Kosovo know anything about them, even though they are legally obliged to care for them, Klan Kosova reports.

That's how it comes to a few weeks of Kosovo Clan research.

Television talked to all the responsibilities of these institutions, including the Centre for Social Work, Police, Founding Prosecutors in Gjakova, the respective ministries, as well as the German Embassy in Pristina.

This following allegations that Ndecaj's four children are currently illegally located in Germany with their grandmother, who on the basis of laws in Kosovo has committed international kidnapping by sending children out of Kosovo without anyone's permission or knowledge.
