Dialogue with Serbia should be turned to zero point, and together with that one should go to new elections to gain political legitimacy and that the dialogue team and the Dialogue Law are unconstitutional.
So it was said at the table that the LDK Parliamentary Group and the LVV Parliamentary Group have organised for constitutionality and institutional responsibilities in the Dialogue Process with Serbia.
The head of the LDK Parliamentary Group, Avdullah Hoti, said dialogue with Serbia should not be guided by what he termed any teams, but by legitimate institutions, because in this form, in addition to turning Kosovo back, it is unconstitutional.
It has been clear to us that the government should lead the dialogue. We can't do dialogue teams, the solution doesn't come with them because we're back. This dialogue should be led by legitimate institutions, and not because of whydoekipe, because they are not constitutional. It does not negotiate the borders, Kosovo should have a platform, but only by having the main principles of dialogue”, he said.
For VV Parliamentary Group chief Glauk Konjufca, dialogue is included by two deals, the first according to him concerns the handover of Prime Minister Haradinaj to the president, Thaci.
The second Bazaar, Konjufca considers PSD's support for this dialogue with Serbia. Speaking of dialogue with Serbia, Konjufca said it must return to the zero point because it lacks legitimacy, and along with this issue there must be new elections.
“Dialogue with Serbia should not continue in this manner that it lacks political legitimacy, such a process Kosovo must turn to zero. The zero point of this process goes hand in hand with the new elections in Kosovo”, he said.
LDK MP Driton Selmanaj, along with VV deputy Albulen Haxhiu, reiterated their claims on which provisions the Law for Dialogue violates the Constitution of Kosovo. The lawyer, Dastid Pallaska, said the Law on Dialogue is unconstitutional, for reasons he said it is unnecessary because a law is created to replace institutions.
Taulant Kryeziu of the Epic Institute also thinks he is out of the constitutional norm. By KDI, Life Krasniqi said a greater consensus is needed among political parties for the dialogue process with Serbia.
