On Thursday and Friday, the trial of Darko Tasic, charged with war crimes, will continue.
In the upcoming hearings under the court's recent ruling, led by Judge Artan Seyran, it was announced that in these two hearings, quality hearings of investigative officials from the police, investigative UNMIK officials were expected.
As for May 13th and May 14th, English journalist John Swanney will be heard as a witness.
The last session had also brought verbal clashes between prosecutor Drita Hajdari, and indictee Darko Tasic, lawyer Dejan Vasic.
Early in the last session, attorney Darko Tasic had asked the court that prosecutor Hajdari be more specific about her questions.
“We all know what relations between Albanians and Serbs were before and during the war. We also know very well the situation in Krusha Minor and the events that took place”, lawyer Vasic said.
