Skender: The person who was burned in the car is suspected of being killed

Kosovo police have announced that Monday's case, when a person was found dead within a burning car in Skenderaj, is being investigated as “grave murder”.

The victim is suspected of being I.Z., 48-year-old.

“Around 7:00 on April 8, 2019, police have received information that in the village of Skywright's Prekaz, a car was hit by fire. Towards the site of the emergency event, police units and fire department have reacted, where after the fire went out inside the burned car a lifeless body has been found. Early investigations suspect that the lifeless body is victim I. Mr. About 48 years old, while the car burned with local license plates was owned by the victim”, the report said.

In the police report, it is known that at the scene, five shellings of the gun were found.

“From the survey of the site and initial investigations conducted by the investigation into the scene were found five weapon shellings. Taking into account the initial findings at the scene and other rhetorical elements, according to the prosecutor of the case, investigations are under way on suspicion of criminal acts of serious murder.
