In addition to one of Europe's poorest populations, Albanians result in being among the most stressed people in the world.
A recent poll conducted by Gallup has come to a shocking conclusion that Albanians are the fourth most stressed people in the world, getting worse even than African countries or those involved in wars.
According to Gallup, adds tch, in 2018 more than 55% of Albanians have felt stressed, which represents the highest level at any point during the last decade.
But why are Albanians under stress?
“Bad politics, trouble in housing”, citizens say.
According to Gallup, the world's most stressed people since 2012, continue to be Greeks, while the two most stressed countries in Albania are the Philippines and Tanzania.
The Gallup poll results confirm that Albanians suffer not only the difficult economic situation but also the spiritual situation.
Gallup does not specify in detail what the source of high stress in Albanians is, but on a global scale the two main factors of stress are economic situation and uncertainty about the future.
