The Serbian list is formally in opposition a year ago, and its ministers have declared the resignation. But, Todosijevic and other ministers from this party have continued working under the excuse that they realise “technical mandates” until replacing other ministers, Koha Ditore writes today.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has only replaced Agriculture Minister Nenad Rikalo, but for other reasons and not because of his resignation.
Thus, along with Todosijevich, Dalibor Yevtiq, who is acting deputy prime minister and also heads the Ministry for Communities and Kthim.
