Sami Lushtaku will be the chairman of four years PDK's in Skenderaj. This has ended today in the PDK's elections in this municipality, where 215 delegates to Lushtaku have voted out of the Skyright branch, while 21 have voted against.
The final result has been confirmed by PDK officials in Pristina who have monitored the process.
The vote has been classified until the group of Nuredin Lushtak and Bekim Jasharn entered the race.
Reelected Chairman The PDK) in Skenderaj has said he will not compete for the chief of the entire party. However, he has warned that if Kadri Wessel loses his election again he will seek his departure.
Lushtaku is part of the PDK's foundation. He won all local elections in Skenderaj even at the time he was in jail accused and then declared innocent of war crimes.
During party elections in Skenderaj Lushtaku has been challenged by his cousin, Nuredin Lushtaku, who has decided to support the mayor of Komuna, Bekim Jashar.
