Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica has declared that they will be uncompetitive to all those who do not respect workers' rights.
He made these comments during his visit to the ETC shopping mall, where he inspected how respected workers' rights and labour law are.
Minister Recica said he has also called on the Labour Inspectorate to be in charge of office and to be uncompetitive to those who do not respect legal provisions.
Recica: We are being closely informed of working conditions
“We are being closely informed about working conditions, conditions related to respect for their rights. Of course, this visit today has to do with raising awareness by employers, but on the part of employers who respect the rights of workers is legally guaranteed right. We as the minister in co-operation with employers are trying to co-ordinate activities so that the Labour Inspectorate, who is called to monitor the law concerning safety at work, the law dealing with labour relations, with the right of employees to be implemented overall. We have requested from the Inspectorate that in all cases where they are faced in the non-compliance of these legal provisions we will be uncompetitive”, he said.
The head of the Labour Ministry has called on all workers to report violations committed by employers.
Recica: You extend an invitation to all workers who should cooperate

And the manager at the “company ELCOS”, Petit Selmanaj, has said they try to respect the rights of workers.
