MP Krasniqi in an interview for Kosova Prees has ruled out the possibility that any political subject in the country could send President Thaci home.
Speaking of dialogue with Serbia, he says the negotiating team is playing its role.
Hashim Thaci's “Rolin can't be equal to zero. Today I had the power that led Thaci to the house, and it cried. I don't have that power, because it has PSD, they don't even have other subjects. He's got the LDK behind him, but instead he has Hashim Thaci as president, instead of taking him home. What I can do is, in my power, take the process that has led to Hashim Thaci, to make the governing framework of that process. A coma to expel him from the process, not that I have a gift from LDK”, he said.
Disgusted with the way Kosovo is being governed, he says the PSD is the first to have signed the motion to overthrow the government, while none of the other opposition parties say they had the courage to take the no-confidence motion.
Asked why he didn't take it. The PSD has this step, he says neither of the parties has votes. And until that happens, according to him, there are a number of things that as opposition can do to help the welfare of Kosovo citizens.
“Whoever is taking certain initiatives is doing well to calculate that the PSD is also here and it's good with the accounts that without the PSD, cannot function, like the opposition, as position in some of its areas... The PSD is the first subject to give the signatures to its 12 deputies and said, "Whenever you're willing to take no-confidence motions for the collapse of the government, where you have the signatures, we will vote for the collapse... We have told us: where we store our signatures, who dare to launch the motion, let it begin, we will vote for the collapse of the government, but until that motion is made, until the government collapses, we intend to improve some things for the lives of the citizens of”, he said.
If the country wants to go to the polls, Krasniqi says the PSD will run alone in the elections, while voicing confidence it will achieve equal importance in the Kosovo Assembly. He shows who they have red lines for.
“PSD has red lines for The PDK and will not make a post-election and pre-election coalition with the PDK because it is a subject that has damaged the Republic of Kosovo for nearly 10 years now and is subject to the need to be in opposition... We have no red lines for any subject except for PDK”, he said.
As for Vetevendosje, he says he feels regret that he ended up with some <x0-second figures”, failing to mind holding images that today are PSD. While denying that the PDK may have been responsible for the division of the Vetevendosje Movement.
“is not just a factor of division, and no, it is not the PDK. They are different attitudes, and essentially, the idea that Vetevendosje is changing for the worse”, he said.
All in the end, Krasniqi has also talked about the tax that the Government of Kosovo has imposed on Serbian products coming to Kosovo, where he said it is not reasonable to say that taxes will be lifted without any conditions or that “will always be maintained to”, as according to him, extreme attitudes are not useful.
