“In co-operation and understanding between the Kosovo Central Corresert Service Directorate, the Correcting Centre in Smreconica, convicts and their family members, it is agreed to apply virtual communication Skype”, the statement said.
The announcement explains how communication will be realized.
The “convicts will initially apply for access to virtual communication, which is considered by the Multidisciplinary Commission, which recommends the institution's director to allow or refuse the request.
