PDK, Vetevendosje, Serbian List in race for elections in the north

The Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Vetevendosje Movement and the Serbian List are the three subjects that have applied for participation in the May 19th elections in four northern municipalities.

The Central Election Commission has announced last night that the deadline for submitting political subjects that want to participate in the extraordinary elections for North Mitrovica chairman Leposaviq, Zubin Potok and Zvecan has been completed.

All applications will be considered by the Office for Registering Political Partys and Certificates, which will submit to the CEC the relevant recommendations for each of them.

The number of voters in these four municipalities is 58 thousand 520 or 1 thousand 507 more voters compared to the 2017 local elections.
