Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli is reporting to the European Integration Commission.
He said it is now in the hands of European Union states to decide on visa liberalisation, Klan Kosova reports.
The responsibility for visa liberalisation now rests with EU member states”.
Pacolli also indicated which states support visa liberalisation.
“I have met with German counterpart Heiko Mass four times within a few months and has the will to abolish visas, especially from the Germans “.
“Finance attributes all the trouble that Albanians do to them there, to Kosovo Albanians”.
The Netherlands is unchanged. The Dutch minister listens to us when we talk about visa liberalisation, but he just listens and doesn't react to”.
Pacolli said 2019 is crucial to abolishing visas.
