In the case of the 11th anniversary of the ratification of the Kosovo Constitution, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa sends this telegram congratulations:
Honored Kosovo Republic citizens,
Today, there are 11 years from ratification of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. This day is from the most important days for Kosovo. On April 9, 2008, Kosovo was listed as many developed states to make respect for human rights, guaranteeing peace and democracy as the fundamental values of humanity.
The constitution is our country's highest political and legal act, guarantor of human rights and freedoms. This document is a political act to build and develop a just and democratic state, and this document gave life to Kosovo's independence.
Our institutions must work daily on implementing and implementing these legal acts, so that Kosovo can walk along with many Western countries.
Likewise, today we remember all those who worked on drafting the Constitution, especially remember all those generations who sacrificed for this day and are no longer among us.
The rule of law must be a mission for all of us, and the realisation of this definition must all be enabled together to have a democratic and advanced state.
