The prosecution's request said there is suspicion based on the fact that the two suspects have deprived of life the victim I.Z. and then to lose traces they burned the branding vehicle “Volkswagen Pasat” where the victim's body was located.
The two suspects will be tried for criminal acts “grave murder” and “withholding unauthorized possession of weapons”.
The two suspects were arrested Thursday after a co-operation by Mitrovica's Constitutional Prosecutor and the Regional Investigation Unit in Mitrovica.
