The minister who brought no recognition to Kosovo on this mandate reasons his escape from stupid visits to Africa

The Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Affairs in Kosovo had repeatedly complained that Minister Behgjet Pacolli is not going to report about his ministerial activities on specific dates when he was invited. During 2018, this commission had been forced to carry constant invitations to the minister of foreign affairs concerning matters [...]
MPJ) Minister Behgjet Pacolli has often voiced complaints that he is not taking time to report, while in addition to visits to the African continent, where he stayed in the last few days, there has been no summit with representatives of various countries. While the minister in question is taking time to report, Kosovo diplomacy is failing. It has been a year since not even an additional recognition has been brought to the country, and on the other hand, we are facing Serbia's ongoing diplomatic struggle for recognition.
Pacolli today at a media conference said that during the past year he had been four times in reporting, but admits not in the dates when the Commission invited him. He argues that the agenda had made it impossible for him to participate in those reports.
While announcing that April 21st, it will go to the commission's meeting.
I was invited four times last year. Four times I was on the commission. Not on those dates they wanted. Even now I was invited to visit just when I had to be in Rwanda and we have postponed this term for April 21st and we will meet with them. I have no hesitation in meeting them. We have something to show you and I believe we've done a very big job and I insist I meet with them. But when we have time, they don't. So she was pushed, Pacolli said after being asked by Periscope journalist.
Periscope has contacted a member of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Commission, Time Kadriyan. She says she has not yet been informed of this meeting, however, shows that the reporting will be about the ministry's work.
It is imperative that the ministers respond to invitations, but if it does not match the Commission's agenda with the minister's appointed agenda, then a compromise should be found when the ministers can come. We still don't have an agenda for April 21st, but the agendas are usually about the work of the assigned ministry, Kadrijaj said of Periscope.
On the other side, Periscope had asked Foreign Affairs Commission Chairman Vjosa Osmani if they would invite Minister Pacolli to report about a research that Periscope published weeks ago for his connections to the company manager Rajs Group International, Enrique Reis, who is investigated by the American authorities for smuggling drugs. Based on secured documents, Pacolli finds his name as one of the company managers in question.
Osman had said that at the next meeting, due April 21,Or ask you for clarification on these claims, which she considers very disturbing.
We remember an occasion when several days were left by Kosovo's accession vote in INTERPOL, while Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli had boycotted the foreign affairs commission's meeting.
His surprise, Pacolli had reasoned with a letter in which he had asked the commission to submit to him the written suggestions about the efforts Kosovo is making for membership in INTERPOL.
The commission's chairman, Vjosa Osmani, had said the commission is repeatedly inviting the foreign minister to report, but, despite his insistence, he had not responded positively.
So she pointed out that Pacolli will personally respond to Pacolli by showing him that it is too late for these suggestions.
And that same month, on January 15, 2018, Vjosa Osmani had threatened Pacolli, that if she doesn't go to report, they're “dine and otherwise”.
We've been inviting the mission for the <x0 report for over two months. Again we have submitted requests for next week. I invite her to take seriously the offer of cooperation, if not we know otherwise, if she doesn't want to be”, she was expressed./ P ERISCOPI/
