If you have lost all hope, Pacolli gives them one: Visas removed this year

Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli before the deputies of the Commission for European Integration has voiced confidence that visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens will occur within this year. On the other hand, regarding claims of recognition, he told MPs not to be upset because there is no such decision [...]
On the other hand, for claims on the withdrawal of recognitions, he told MPs not to be upset because there is no such decision formally and that Kosovo still has 116 recognitions.
The security for visa liberalisation to the chief of Kosovo diplomacy gives statements to EU officials, and meetings he says have carried out with officials of France and Germany. However, visa evasion, Pacolli points out it is from the Netherlands.
I am telling this responsibility that this year is crucial for Kosovo. We'll have visas this year. I hope that European elections will be able to strengthen Europe's idea of opening up for Kosovars, and as far as conveying developments in electoral campaigns there will be no significant ideological change. When I say that, we know which parties have supported Kosovo and the configuration will be almost the same”, he said.
On claims on attracting recognitions to Kosovo, Pacolli said they would be deported through visits to Kosovo that would take place by representatives of those states that are allegedly withdrawing recognition.
While stressing that they are largely being orchestrated by Serbia towards small states, as well as economically poor.
Regarding new recognitions, he said it has been difficult due to international geopolitical change.
In spite of that, he said that two recognitions have taken place during his mandate, but not to mention concrete names.
“You'll see that for the very states that have been spoken of as attracting recognitions, we will have visits from the citizens of the presidents of these states. Soon we will be visited by the president of Guinea Bisau, president of Nigeria. It is true that some people have come to Belgrade and several representatives of various ministries of various states. Small, very small states from the Ocean, from Africa, states not to say economically poor, and we saw that a document was read, it's nothing but a fraud that was committed to these countries. We have 116 recognitions, we have over 110 verbal recognition marks. Six verbal notes have not come because according to the rules, there is no need for verbal notes”, Minister Pacolli added.
The MP from the Democratic League of Kosovo, Ismet Beqiri, said Kosovo diplomacy is in poor shape, for his reasons that there are opinions of changes of institutions for foreign policies and we do not speak out.
In this case, he had an interesting word, referring to the private plane that Minister Pacolli has, because without it, he felt inadequate.
“We don't talk in a voice and how we can expect that on matters of particular importance others will be more kind than when we speak, we're speaking from those who lead institutions to come up with the same attitude... I'm telling you I might have the wrong impression if you've got it and a private plane and you want work that doesn't depend on those who should be backed up to”, said MP Beqiri.
The other opposition MP from the Vetevendosje Movement, Ismail Kurteshi, addressed criticism of the MPJ report, which, according to him, failed in many segments.
As Kurteshi claims, there are several failures by Minister Pacolli, such as a lack of recognition and no membership in international organisations.
The “Talk about visas but visas are a failure because here you promised today and 2 years ago but it's not done and it's a failure. It's a failure, failure that we haven't become part of Interpol, failure to call recognition withdrawals, and failure is the lack of new recognition”, Kurteshi said.
While commission chairman Blerta Deliu-Codra expressed concern over claims to withdraw recognitions, he asked Minister Pacolli to be more attentive on the issue.
Kosovo diplomacy chief spoke of and implementation of SAA, where she said she differs from countries in the region because of non-recognition by the five EU nations and that they are preparing to be ready for partnership with the EU
For demarcation with Montenegro, Pacolli said delegation of the border with them has not yet occurred and what the end will be, he does not know.
The chief of diplomacy also informed MPs of their commitment to international relations and the opening of new embassies in different states, where he said very soon he is expected to open in several states.
Regarding the arrival of Kosovo citizens from Syria, he said it is the right move, as he considers Kosovo should look after all its citizens. /
