Kurti: The invaders do not play with the pain of the family of the dead

Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti, on the Day of Kosovo's Ungenerates, has said that justice and the truth of the missing are still lacking, comfort is lacking for families and convictions for the guilty. Kurti says that since Kosovo's internal issues have been discussed in Brussels, the fate of the found never received sufficient attention.
The head of the VV said that instead of increasing pressure on Serbia responsible for these cruel crimes, Kosovo's powers play on the limitless pain and impatience of the found.
The complete post of Albin Kurti:
20 years later, we still do not know where 1652 people are, and what happened to them. The truth must be found asking them for responsibility. To this day in Serbia, collaborators of that criminal and chauvinist regime, who, instead of apologizing for crimes and showing where our found persons are, continue to sabotage Kosovo, through the Serbian List that threatens every Kosovo Serb and holds Kosovo hostage, and through Albanian partners, who are blinded by thieves, destroy their country.
Today, April 27, is the day of the dead. Today, two decades after the war, long ago, our countrymen disappeared. The institutional silence and anxiety are over for the families of the dead who daily await any news about them. There is lack of justice and truth for the found, lack of comfort for families, lack of judgments and penalties for the guilty. In the past, several times during the year, dozens of numbers containing an incomplete pile of bones were returned from Serbia. This is not happening anymore. Because today everything is stuck with the dawn of the blind.
While Kosovo's internal issues have also been discussed in Brussels, the fate of the found ones has never received sufficient attention. The normalisation of relations with Serbia so far has developed, forgetting the history we experienced. Instead of mounting pressure on Serbia responsible for these cruel crimes, Kosovo authorities play on the limitless pain and impatience of the found. They have the responsibility to do more on this matter because such a past cannot be a past for our society.
