Suspect V.F., with 19.4.2019, had submitted to police the robbery in the village of Gerlica claiming that two unknown and masked people under threat of cold-toothed weapons, stopped his vehicle and took 50 euros and left the scene.
The further investigation resulted in the statement in the presence of the defence attorney, as well as the full acceptance of the case's insulation by him in order to help report this case to seek asylum abroad.
At the state prosecutor's decision, the suspect is released and the case goes into regular procedure.
