Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has reacted after the tragic death of a worker in the wake of the collapse of a part of the former hotel “Andriatic”, demanding greater combat of the informal economy and rigorous implementation of the labour law.
At a conference after the government's meeting, Haradinaj expressed condolences to the family members of the person who lost their lives in Mitrovica last night, saying the informal economy should seriously be fought.
“You need to increase seriousness in implementing the labour law, working rights, anything related to employees, working rights, working conditions, working conditions and protection, it has to be increased seriousness, it's impossible even when that seriousness is increased, maybe with all the possibilities of a tragedy being averted that are happening even in developed countries, in developed markets, a kind of vacuum is investigated, and it's seen that if it's really worked without permission, there's a lot of problems coming to Kosovo, we've got a raw part of the economy, without a formality, not a discussion, not a discussion of the meeting that's going on, even if it's going to be, because it's not fighting, he said.
At this conference, Haradinaj also responded to criticism has had in the direction of the mediator in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Federica Moghrini, that the same has deviated from the dialogue process and supported the idea of border correction.
Whenever the need is necessary, I have to defend the right of my country, that border discussion for territories has been wrong, has been able to destabilise the region, it's good that it has been exceeded, and we can't afford to keep it alive as a subject, rather than only destabilising the country”, he said.
On Tuesday, the government cabinet has approved initiatives for links to international agreements with Montenegro, Switzerland and France for mutual recognition of drivers' license.
Also today, the change and completion of administrative instruction for specific measures to facilitate the registration of common real estate in the name of two husbands has been adopted.
