Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said they still need their support.
The Atlantic Battalion has its history and pride when it speaks of Kosovo's war. When we speak the history of Kosovo, it is painful and martyring. What's important to prove is that the right of Albanians has taken place, even your sacrifice. Serbia today is trying to deny the crime it has committed, is trying to change the truth, to become a victim. So today you are needed for your country. Everything of our people has been taken away from us. Half the people in Kosovo are expulsions and half is live-on torture, we have to show the world that. We've been together every time. Don't let anyone else share our right and our sacrifice. I request your help to be together, because the work of our country has not yet been carried out”, Haradinaj said.
President Hashim Thaci said on this occasion that their coming to Kosovo these days is honour, pride and empowerment for the country.
It is also a message sent to respect both our common past and our deepening and caring for friendly, special, permanent reports with the United States. We are always grateful to you and your families. The value of war unites us, beyond any party and ideology”, the president said.
