One option is that after the adoption of this document Kosovo will have 13 ministries with two deputy ministers.
With this and every other version of government dictatorships will be reduced into numbers, becoming departments in the remaining ministry.
The National Co-ordinator for State Reform, Besnik Tahiri, says that this bill will be released to the final hand and other parties' proposals locked in the Process.
