German ambassador sharply why the CEC did not certified the Serbian List: What is political wisdom here

German Ambassador to Pristina Christian Heldt has reacted sharply to the Central Election Commission today, following his decision not to certificate Serbian List candidates who would race for chairmanship in early elections in four northern municipalities. Heldt has said he does not understand what political wisdom is. [...]
Heldt has said he doesn't understand the political wisdom of such a decision, and asks why the CEC is not yet complete.
“Unable to comment on the legal aspect of this issue currently, I wonder what political wisdom is in the company of such a step”, he has said.
He says the other problem in the CEC, which is further complicating things, is not to complete full members.
It's like this whole complication of the situation isn't enough. Why is the CEC not yet complete, he said at the end of his response.
No certificate of Serbian List candidates has resulted from the rejection of two CEC members, by Vetevendosje Movement, Adnan Rrustemi and Nazlije Bala.
They have said they do not accept their Certificate, unless they recognise the state of the Republic of Kosovo.
After these developments, harsh reactions have also come from Belgrade. It was initially Marko Djuric, who has been running numerous charges in the direction of the Vetevendosje Movement, meanwhile, Serbia's president, Alekander Vuciq, has said that such a thing would be complained to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, at the 29 April meeting.
