Two Fushe-Kosovo municipality officials arrested, a builder

Kosovo police have arrested two men and a woman in Fushe Kosovo for misusing illegal position and construction work. The report points out that the first two were official persons who, contrary to their authorisations, had issued construction permits for the investor for the construction of a multi-resident residential facility on the <x0).
In the case of permission for the first company, the suspect's action has caused damage to residents of two existing objects by disregarding the distance of construction.
“The suspect (M.V.) in the quality of the company's owner (1), and the builders of the facility at Mother Teresa Street in Kosovo, even though he was equipped with construction permits from suspects in opposition to the Construction Law and administrative guidelines, the same has not refrained from this building permit by exceeding the permit during the construction of the object, and has not observed the construction inspector's orders to cut off anti-legal operations”, the report says.
Initiative suspects (A.P.) and (A.S.) in their actions allegedly committed criminal acts “The use of the Posita or the Official Authority”, while the initial suspect (M.V.) allegedly carried out criminal work “against illegal construction jobs”.
After interviewing suspected persons with the decision of the competent prosecutor are sent to the ban for 48 hours for further procedures.
