The chief of the EU delegation to Serbia, Sam Fabrizi, has ordered Pristina and Belgrade that without effective and comprehensive normalisation of relations through the EU-attensive dialogue there can be no lasting stability in the region.
“We call on Kosovo and Serbia to engage constructively and to fully normalise their relations through a comprehensive and legal agreement so that they can progress on their European ways”, he writes on Twitter.
