This event will include the realisation of three parallel artistic and sensationalistic performances, on the “Garibaldi” side of the Hotel “Grand”, on the footpath, “Agim Ramadan” ahead of the Hotel “Sirius”, at the foot checkpoint and <x> Luan Haradinaj”, in front of the New Born obelisk, at the footpath.
The performances will take place in the middle of the road to circulation cars, where police will be assisting all the time to their end.
Performances are implemented in co-operation between the QZHM “Impact”, the International School of Music “President James” and the “Lect Dance”, starting from 12:00 to 12:10. Also, a media conference will be held, ahead of the Ministry of Culture's facility at “Mother Teresa”, which will begin at 12:30.
“Impact” from April 23rd 2011 marks the local day of commemoration of victims in road communications.
This day's note aims to increase the level of civic awareness and institutional security on the road through commemoration of victims in road traffic.
This day is marked in view of the large number of traffic accidents on the country level, especially fatal ones.
