The summit will continue with discussions on bilateral relations and reconciliation opportunities, which will require continued Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. The most interesting and important point at this summit concerns gathering thoughts about Balkan stability and the future of Kosovo-Serbia relations.
Merkel and Macron will hear from Balkan leaders their views and proposals on how to advance dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade.
Albania will be represented by Prime Minister Edi Rama and incumbent Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Gent Cakaj. While Kosovo, from President Thaci and Prime Minister Haradinaj. Serbia's representation will be president-president. With president and prime minister will also be representation of Montenegro.
No invitation to Albania's president, Ilir Meta, and Macedonian counterpart has arrived for participation in this summit.
European diplomacy chief Moghrin and Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn are part of the summit. For this summit, there have been various comments in German and Austrian media, from where it reported on a Meerkel-Macron double plan, concerning the issue of borders between Kosovo and Serbia.
It is worth seeing whether a concrete plan or not is to be put into discussion at this summit's table.
