The official Berlin Summit agenda and the arrival of Western Balkan leaders at Chancellor Merkel's office is expected to begin at 1600.
Merkel will initially meet Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, as well as Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
This wait will be held because these two states hope that this summit will be used to convince Germany and France to get the opening date for EU membership negotiations.
Following this meeting of Chancellor Merkel with Zaev and Rama, French President Emannuel Macron is expected to arrive at the office of Chancellor Merkel, where she will then hold a joint media conference.
After this conference, Merkel and Macron will receive all state delegations.
