Dick Marty in 2011 had drafted a report on Kosovo, which contains allegations of serious crimes allegedly committed. The KLA during and shortly after the last war in Kosovo.
Seven years after this report, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, which was created as a result of it, has recently begun inviting the first suspects to be interviewed who could face trial in Specialised Chambers.
However, so far Marty's doubts have shown that they are only assumptions and accusations, as nothing has been proven.
Today, however, publicist Mahmut has shown that he has personally met Marty, who has given him his book and has invited him to confrontation at one of the universities in Switzerland.
Mahmut has said that despite what Marty has publicly accepted of the invitation, she has never indicated when this confrontation will occur.
Dick Martyt Public Letter
- Marty,
On October 31, 2018, when Loza's “Payot” became the inauguration of your book entitled “I certane idée de la Justice- Tchéchéni - CIA-Kosovo-drogue” I gave you my book and invited you to confront us publicly in one of Switzerland's universities, in the presence of students and professors interested in this debate, and proposed to you the University of Geneva, because, in advance, I had talked with Albana Krasniqi Malaj, director of the Albanian People's University in Geneva, which is willing to ensure that the debate is held.
You accepted my invitation and declared in the presence of personalities who had come to the inauguration of your book that you would accept the meeting as soon as you read my book.
You have stated the same during the inauguration of the book in Friburg, Switzerland, in response to the question of a presence.
So far I haven't bothered you because I wanted to give you time to read my book. It's been more than five months since your public promise and I see it as a good time to remind them of this.
I hope you have had the opportunity to share enough time from your busy agenda to read my book and set the date when you agree to have a confrontation about the core Divergents that mark the books of the two of us concerning the war in Kosovo.
Respectfully
Bardhil Mahmut
