100% of votes, Erdogan officially loses Istanbul

According to the state news agency, Anadolu Agency, all local election votes in Istanbul have been counted.

Ekrem justlyoğlu of the Republican Popillore Party has won 48,79 percent, while the candidate from Erdogan's AKP, Binali Yıldırım, has won 48,51 per cent.

This is the first time Erdogan has lost his election in Istanbul, which he himself has led during the 1994-1998 mandate.
