Thaci has written on Facebook that Belgrade's Yugoslav communist governments, Kosovo's “communist”, but unfortunately those of Tirana, kept this massacre and its bloody proportions silent.
“was completed 74 years of the Tivar massacre, planned and devised by the Yugoslav political and military establishment, where we served thousands of unarmed boys and men from Kosovo.
