Tarrant has reportedly filed a complaint to the Department of Corrections to counter his situation in prison, where visitors, phone calls, or access to television or newspapers are currently not allowed to do so.
He is claiming he is being taught his fundamental rights during his stay in prison.
The 28 - year - old Tarrant, born in Australia, is imprisoned in Auckland prison in Paremormo after the charge of killing 50 Muslims, who were in two mosques until they performed their religious rituals when the latter fired guns on them.
