After more than three hours before the prime minister, the situation has been tense before Parliament, where protesters have clashed with police. The latter has thrown tear gas to disperse the crowd.
Protesters are continuing to throw stones at the police, which is positioned at the main entrance of the Parliament.
Police have also started using water to disperse the crowd that has gathered at Albania's Assembly.
After tear gas, police now want to make sure everyone leaves.
Water balls were removed only after protesters moved to Parliament.
