Tens of victims of floods in Afghanistan

Kandahar Deputy Governor Abdul Hanan Maleeb said the floods were heavier in the past seven years. Floods have occurred in the area of nomads living in open - air environments, and the waters have included their animals.
The official added that 400 families have been rescued from the Afghan Army since the floods began late at night on Friday.
