National Co-ordinator for Reform, Besnik Tahiri, says about RTK that the law for Government provides in detail the regulation of all ministries and deputy ministers.
He considers it unreasonable to have 700 employees of different agencies in the prime minister's office, so this issue will be regulated by law.
Reforms in Kosovo are being assessed as top progress by governments and the most serious international partners.
German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas stressed days before the reforms that have been undertaken by Kosovo are impressive and must be accepted.
It simultaneously reconfirms the German government's financial support for Kosovo.
The World Bank index has also listed Kosovo as the first in the Western Balkans for the quality of the policy-making process in Government. At the international level, meanwhile, out of 187 world nations Kosovo ranks 24th.
