Suhareka assassination: Five brother bullets for a piece of land

And the view had opened today in the village of Studenxan in the municipality of Suhareka. People were waiting there for comfort after a murder among brothers that occurred the day before.

Bajram Gega, 62, deprived his brother Ismet of life, shooting at him several times and injured the late woman.

But how did all this hostility begin among the Gega brothers. The Express newspaper today has stayed in the village of Studenxan, where it spoke to the family of the hands and dead. Everything had started for a property that was purchased for the week we left behind by the Gega brothers.

But about that property, Bajrami, who is a farmer by profession, had been disappointed. The entire conflict between Bajram and Ismet, now felt, had started here.

According to family members, Bajrami had suffered verbal clashes over this property with Ismet, which ended in murder.

For Express, Enver, the brother of Bajram and Ismet, has spoken about the matter. He admits that Bajrami, the older brother, had been problematic.

He's got everything behind him, nothing's missing. He has all the good. We don't know how it came about. I came from Germany to stay here. Bajrami was a nervous, stubborn guy, a little bit of trouble being picked up on one of his cousins, with the floor. I talked to everyone. Permission not to be bad. But it's happening now”, relates the serious event to one of the Gega brothers.

However, he says that with his brother Bajrami, there had been some disagreements.

With my younger brother, there were times of disagreement. But it was trouble. He was a little unstable. He was a guy who said he didn't hear about anybody. I called him yesterday. I told him to come get a drink. He said no thanks. But since what's going to happen isn't gonna happen, I don't have a day where he says he's been drinking coffee in his backyard when he heard the gunfire his brother, Ismet, was killed by.

But how did the murder take place?

About 11:50 minutes during Sunday day, Bajram Gega goes home to his brother Ismet. After a fight with his brother, the man notices that he carries a gun and starts running to get inside the house.

But Bajrami, according to the first investigation by Kosovo investigator, begins to follow his brother Ismet up to the door of the house entrance he stands in front of, the already late woman whom he wounded with firearms on the part of his belly, demanding that he clear the way to his brother, who later killed with several bullets in all parts of his body.

According to the prosecution's request for the detention assignment for the hand of the case, Ismet was reportedly hiding in a room by his armed brother, who then killed him with five bullets. The deceased left behind five girls and a son.

And on this case, the State Attorney is already continuing the investigation. The latter has demanded the court's detention measure for the suspect in the murder, Bajram Gega. So said Monday, Chief Prosecutor Admir Shala.

“Foundation Procurory in Prizren after accepting the criminal connoisseur for both cases has applied for the detention assignment. Both cases are being named grave murder and unauthorized possession of weapons. We expect the Court's further away tomorrow to set up hearings for both cases”, Shala said.

Even according to Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutorship, the incident appears to be linked to property disputes.
