Motivated also by public sector workers' strikes, they had decided not to work because they were not satisfied with the salary they were receiving from the company “J LC GROUP KPS”

25 workers have demanded a 50-euro salary increase. Currently they are paid 240 euros.

After three hours of strike, workers met the company manager “J LC GROUP KPS”, Jarhir Lika. “The workers signed the contracts on February 1st for this year. But they now demanded a 50-euro salary increase. After conversations with workers, we showed understanding to their demand and, with our chances, offered a 35-euro salary increase. We haven't had more opportunities, because we have the fixed contract with the municipality and the municipality can't ask for additional means to increase their salaries. The workers agreed with the 35-euro increase, and they then continued working.
