The Kosovo Assembly has not had the quorum to vote for the first time the Bill for the Prevention of Lucky Games.
The extraordinary session, invited at the request of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, has been postponed for 1600.
Prior to that, the Parliament has debated the situation created in education following the SBASK's decision to refuse compensation for hours lost during the 3-week strike.
In this extraordinary session MPs have voiced pro-placement of lost hours until they have demanded that the Ministry of Education and the SBASK co-operate on the issue.
