“People often stigmatize depression and deny their situation, so they are surprised when others say they are depressed”, says Susanne Cooperman, Ph.D., psychologist at NYU Langone.
It reveals some unexpected symptoms of depression in women. According to her, if we experience one or all of these signs in a short time, it is perfectly normal, but if they are present for most of the day or throughout the day, Cooperman recommends that the person visit the doctor to determine if it is about depression, Kosovo Press broadcasts.
These are signs that you are depressed and are not aware of your condition:
Lose Control regularly
Awakeing Too Early
No more interest in your hobbies
You have pain in the upper back
Add weight or lose pounds for no reason
For a moment you've become undecided
