The SBASK Steering Council, along with the mayors of the municipal unions of pre-university education and universities, have held extraordinary meetings to debate the declaration and the position of membership over the issue of hours lost during the strike, and especially about the No decision. 911, on February 27, 2019, Minister Bytyqi's case.
As the SBASK reports, after an open debate and bringing up the Council of Directorship's opinion has brought about the decision:
Do not replace the hours lost during the strike until the court's final conviction regarding the legality of the No: 911 verdict on the 2702.2019 for compensation of hours lost during the strike, which the Minister of Education, Science and Technology has issued.
The SBASK convinced that August and educational directors respect justice institutions appeal to these two educational institutions to wait until the court's final ruling on the matter.
