The value of farm damage based on municipal data is about 8 million of 381 thousand and 476 euros and 91 cents (about 8,381,476,91).

But for the purpose of atonement. MBPZHR in 2018 did not have a separate budget.
“M The BPZHR in 2018 did not possess a separate budget for compensation for damage from natural disasters, but for this past year a decision by Government No.0158, the date: 24.07,2018 for immediate compensation of damage caused by disaster”, is said in their response.
Indexline has contacted the Ministry of Finance to see if this amount of damage has been compensated, as is the case with the government's decision. Finance Ministry spokesman Muharrem Shahini has indicated that during 2018 The government has only compensated for the municipality of Mamusa and Suhareka.
And the total compensation value of these two is 1m and 400 thousand euros.
“Linked to the compensation of damage from natural disasters, during 2018, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has helped the Mamusha municipality and the Suhareka municipality, in many of the 1.4m euros, the Mamsuza municipality in the amount of 400,000 euros, as well as the Suhareka municipality in the amount of (1) million euros”, says in Sahin's response. He has announced that 4.5m euros for addressing unpredictable situations are planned for this year.

These tools, according to Article 29 of the Public Finance Management Law and Responsibilities, can be used by the Government of Kosovo to address unpredictable situations such as natural disasters or similar to”, Sahin has said, among other things.
By MBPZH, they have shown that all farmers who suffer damage in the agriculture sector from various natural factors must present this damage in the respective municipality.
After that, municipalities collect/gather data and present the report in form to the summary for the total damage of the respective municipality and send it to the MBPZHR.
Within the framework of the MBPZHR is a commission formed under the decision of the secretary-general, who makes up the summary of these data at the country level and releases the total amount of these damages.
After the MBPZHR has no particular line for paying damages to farmers and cannot compensate for farmers, through a general data report addressing the Office of the Prime Minister, where we also expect that by the prime minister's decision, this damage will be compensated”.
