Prizren's Constitutional Court has confirmed that the hearing for appointment of the detention measure is scheduled to be held during Tuesday.
Prizren's chief prosecutor, Admir Shala, has voiced the position that material evidence provided so far has sufficed to create the suspicion based on the fact that the suspect committed the criminal act of serious murder, as well as that of illegal weapons.
