The prosecution in Gjilan indicted the deceased in 2010 for having “delivered municipal services”

Kamenice The Constitutional Court in Gjilan, the branch in Kamenica, has stopped the procedure against those accused of criminal activity “the arrival of municipal services”, B.T.

So, regarding this case, the court had asked KEDS, the District in Gjilan, to complete criminal collusion with the accused's correct notes, with the argument that the court have precise records for further proceedings on this case.

Meanwhile, with the pretre agreed on March 8, 2019 in court by KEDS, it is said that the company in question as the initiator of criminal speculation, the accused has submitted it by another date of birth, while the court through the death certificate issued on July 14, 2014, has proved that he was born on another date.

Otherwise, the “Justice Vow”, on February 19, 2019, had monitored the initial session of this case, which had failed to be held after the accused had been missing and that his son, who had announced to the tribunal that his accused father, had been living for more than eight years.

He had also brought his father's death certificate issued by the Novoberda office, where he was confirmed to have died on November 26, 2010.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, on October 2, 2017, had filed an indictment against B.T, with the argument that he from unproven time until July 12, 2017, at an indefinite time in his house, consistently and unauthorizedly benefited from the municipal service .C.'s power distribution network.
