He has said in Zagreb that a future Kosovo-Serbia agreement on mutual recognition could include border correction.
“We don't act (not engaged) but do not rule out an agreement between the two countries that might include such things”, Palmer said before journalists, writes Vecernji.hr.
In order to resume dialogue, Pristina will have to suspend the tax, even for 120 days or 150 days. This should happen immediately”
The United States supports the carpet of normalisation of relations between Belgrade and Pristina. Disagreements between the two sides are a source of instability, and their normalisation reinforces the possibility of European integration for both countries. We fully support the EU-led dialogue and believe that any agreement should be made at the local level that would be comprehensive and sustainable”.
The essence of this is the mutual recognition of both states: The recognition of Kosovo by Serbia as an independent state and recognition of Serbia from Kosovo as neighbouring country”.
