The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, on the 29th anniversary of the founding of the Women's Forum and that of the LDK Youth, has talked about his positions on current governance.

He considers government Haradinaj should change its attitudes and behavior towards decisions that international partners have made, and especially towards the US.

The first of the LDK as well as said that the problems Kosovo citizens are constantly facing are not being addressed, but those through decisions they are making are covering them.

We've been trying to get the current governance to know that it should change its attitudes, change its behavior because it's in the interest of the country that we have better co-operation with our European partners and separately with the US. It is in the country's interest that we fulfill the European agenda, because without fulfilling this agenda we cannot join the EU and we have no choice. They're covering these problems with some decisions, which they still have to think of as solving them, so they have to find the key to solving these problems so that Kosovo can get out of this political and institutional collapse. We will make our contribution as opposition, we will make our contribution to dialogue, but we will give as opposition, because we will not change our roles, we will make our contribution to European and Euro-Atlantic integrations. We will also make our contribution to deepening permanent friendship with the US”, Mustafa has said.

Viewing the party he leads as irreplaceable, the LDK leader has said it is important that Kosovo become part of the European Union and its citizens move freely.

On the 29th anniversary of the founding of the Women's and Youth Forum, Mustafa also said they would contribute to cultivating a democratic society and offer solutions to citizens' problems.

The fact that we are now in a government blockade of the country that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo are not functioning properly is actually functioning very badly speaks of the need for the further LDK forum and the fact that LDK is irreplaceable in this society. For Kosovo, the LDK cannot be strengthened by anything, but since it cannot be replaced we must tell every LDK member to make our contribution to strengthening the LDK“, Mustafa said.

The LDK leader has guaranteed that with domestic elections, the most likely will be offered for women and young people to have greater involvement in the party. According to him, this party at this stage is more powerful than ever, as it has a forum of good wife and youth that directly affects the country's development.

The head of the Women's Forum in LDK, FreedomKatazi, said that with current governance, a lot of work remains with women and young people.

For 29 consecutive years, we are still facing all the challenges that once came to us as a vicious system that was not ours, but unfortunately, the challenges that we call our governments continue to carry on because there is a lot of work left for women, young people, and family”, she said.

Youth Forum leader Fidan Rekaliu said they have trained over 1,000 young people who are ready for the job market in the country.
