According to Hoxha, everything will happen when the European Parliament elections end, which will be held in May of this year.
Hoxha announced that all conditions required by Kosovo for liberalisation have been met.
She also spoke of reports that Kosovo has lost 43.4m euros from EU funds, denying this.
For investments from this fund, she has met with Environment Minister Fatmir Matoshi, with whom she has talked about projects that would improve the field of environment in Kosovo.
