The presidency of Kosovo, for years, is located at the site of the Parliament.
But this important office for the country will not last for long.
Within three years, the presidency has been set aside for an object designed for it.
The entire project will cost 2m euros, while this building will be built in Hyvali where the government facilities complex is envisioned as well.
Meanwhile, for this year to build this building, 500 thousand euros have been earmarked. The same amount will be divided into three more years of budget.
And the new government complex will be built in this area.
But, for now, only 710 thousand euros have been earmarked.
Without investments there will be no existing government objects left.
So in the Renaissance complex, annexes B, C and D will be renovated, costing about 43 thousand euros.
And one project that will cost the Government about four million euros is Blineja's.
A protocol centre will be built on this natural hunting reserve.
Investments in infrastructure will also include the Intelligence Agency.
Meanwhile, some clarifications of investments in government facilities have been provided by the Ministry of Public Administration.
Alif Daka, from the Department of Standards and Policies of Engineering and Governing Building Management, also shows the origin of money that will be invested in these objects.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Public Administration has agreed with the Pristina municipality to exploit land space in Hyvali.
Through a memorandum of understanding, the municipality has given the government the land over a period of 99 years.
