In an interview for Tanjug, the situation in Kosovo is under control and there are no indicators for possible incidents.
Asked whether KFOR has agreed to such a Pristina plan for intervention in the north, Grasov has replied that all sides should not provoke unnecessary tensions based on groundless information causing concern in the population.
He has also been asked what KFOR will do if Kosovo intervenes in the north, he has said KFOR maintains very stable and good contacts with all security institutions in Kosovo, as well as with Serbia's armed forces, to prevent any unexpected action.
“KFOR is committed to exercising its mandate in co-ordination with Security Council Resolution 1244 to ensure security for all Kosovo citizens. KFOR is working and is ready to intervene in case of the security threat”, he has said, transfer Gazeta Express.
He has stressed that the security situation in Kosovo is under control and there are no signs of possible incidents.
