Albanian media have identified the protester as Dilaver Nela from Laci.
He describes the political situation by placing three pans in the body where each writes the SP, PD, LSI, and above them “Civil society”, while below holds the banner “She's Albania, she's got the pans”.
In Tirana today, protest called by the opposition is under way, but this protestor appears to be dissatisfied even with the two opposition PPS and SAA parties.
