Jasharaj '%Sishit: Take care of your affairs, do not speak for your parents

The chairman of the United Education Union, Nundman Jasharaj, has responded to statements by the chairman of the Council of Parents of Kosovo, Ymret Resiti, who accused the Union of mocking children along with the state.

Jasharaj, in a statement issued by Periscopi, has said he has long since known the union as the chairman of the Parents' Council, Ymret Resiti.

According to Yashaw, Resit even does not represent any parent, so he has urged him to look at his affairs.

“That chairman we have questioned, after the communication we have had with the heads of the parents' council in the municipalities. He's no one's head and can't charge the SBASK. We don't change our attitude. The law doesn't force us to compensate for lost hours on strike, so it wouldn't be good to have all this pressure on teachers. That so-called head of parents does not represent anyone and blame us for what he wants, but we are in favor of the law, which prohibits the compensation of”, Jasharaj said.

Jasharaj has now stated it is not true that behind them lies the Democratic Party of Kosovo.

It's not true that we have PDK support, nor do I want that support. We contact all political subjects and ask them to submit our requests. Resiti is in the service of August, so let him look at his business. Minister Bytyqi's office is trying to weaken SBASK. The self-called head of parents has no right to speak on behalf of others”, Jasharaj said of Periscope.

Once again, he said the teachers are waiting for the Court's decision on the case of payback hours.

It's the minister who has to wait for what the Court is saying, and we're going to respect that Court decision, whatever it is,”.

He has urged parents not to send their children to schools on Saturdays.

The children and parents who want to show Augusta and the DKA's that here we are taking the kids to school on Saturdays, they should have more respect for teachers who have decided not to compensate for the hours lost in the strike. Going to school today is parents ' responsibility. They wouldn't have to do that, if they knew that teachers didn't decide to compensate for lost”, he told Periscope.

On this issue, Periscopi has also contacted the chairman of the Council of Parents of Kosovo, Ymret Resiti.

He has said that as parents, they have been disappointed by the present - day act of teachers who do not appear at all in schools.

He has asked the state, respectively, from the Government, the Ministry of Education and the Communists not to gamble with children in this way.

We have demanded that today the replacement of lost hours, as this is the legal and constitutional right of Kosovo students. This is a disappointment that we have not expected from our teachers. We have not believed that such a thing happens because even the SBASK has repeatedly declared to be working for the benefit of students, but today their work has disappointed us as parents. We didn't wait for them, instead of being in charge of the task they're paid for, they left students without a class, despite their struggle to go to schools”, Resiti said about Periscope.

For all of this, Resiti, besides the country, blames the United Education Union.

The state has failed to implement its decisions, in law enforcement, has failed to provide the constitutional right to student schooling. From the government, the ministry of municipalities, the state wanted because a union, a social organisation to come out of the law, is a case of the state and the elite of society, which call themselves a teacher”, has said further Resiti.

Meanwhile, today it was meant to begin replacing the lost three weeks of learning after the teacher strike, led by the United Education Union.
