Moving Back
In a study done, scientists tried to study the bindings of time and space in the human mind, through which they would find an easier way to remember better. They showed some participants in this study, photographs and videos of a woman whose bags were stolen. Then these people were told to move forward and back 10 meters. Then, after testing pictures and videos, it was noted that people who had gone back in their view had remembered more. According to scientists, the reason may be that walking back encourages the mind to go back in time.
Drawing
Have you ever tried drawing your list of foods instead of writing it? In 2018 a group of young people and some older ones learned a list that was assigned to them by researchers. Half of them were determined to draw this list. Then the same people were tested where it was observed that those who drew things instead of writing them had better remembered.
Exercise
It is now known that exercise of physical activisms, respectively, can affect memory improvement. However, recent studies say that if exercise is done in a regular manner and the same time each day, memory will improve even more vigorously.
Do nothing.
When people experience ammensia as a result of an attack, they are given a list of 15 words to memorize, and after 10 minutes they can only remember 14% of those words. But if they sit in a dark room without making any arrangements, after 15% remembering those words will grow by 49%.

According to a study done in Germany, when people were given a few words for memory, they could remember them better after they slept 40 minutes during the day than when they watched a movie at the same time. Unfortunately, this tank only works for people who have made their daily sleep, not for others.
